This time each hero has a different setting for "Aim".
Reeve looks for the weakest opponent (based on max HP), while Kurt is aiming for the strongest.
Oprix aims to kill an opponent whenever possible and Agatha continues to go by initiative order.
Note : If there is a conflict between your hero's aim and his traits, the traits take precedence.
For example, Oprix is aiming at a target he can kill, however, if it conflicts with his Fear Of Commitment, he will select another target.

Kurt joined the army to heal people. Kurt won’t take initiative and won’t kill the enemy—but tell him what to do, and he’ll keep the whole unit alive while apologizing the entire time.
